Sri Guruprasad K.V., a farmer by profession, a resident of Kottanur and the Coordinator of Village Development, Bengaluru North Division, addressed the gathering. He spoke on the importance of Swadeshi \u2013 language (bhasha), water (jala) and land (neela) \u2013 and stressed on the role of civic discipline in daily life.
