The session was conducted by Smt. Kavya Manoj, Counsellor, JGRVK.She guided the students on the various physical, emotional and developmental changes they go through during puberty. The discussion covered topics like hormonal changes, the role of testosterone and the transition from tween to adolescence (9\u201319 years).
