In his inaugural address, Sri Maheshwariah stressed that the \u201ckicchu\u201d (spark) of ideals should be spread from one teacher to another, inspiring each teacher to live the values \u200b\u200bthey impart and become baptists of character, excellence and nation building. The workshop included enriching sessions on topics like Sleep, Food and Exercise for a Brain Ready for Learning, Rashtrotthana Parishath Vision for Education, Decolonisation \u2013 Why and How, and Attention: Myths, Mechanics and How to Channelise It.
