Sexual Harassment) awareness session was conducted for the staff of Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra \u2013 Ramamurthy Nagar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The session was led by Sri Pradeep Puttaraju, Assistant Manager, Training, Rashtrotthana Parishat (Head Office).<\/li>\n<li>The session focused on the key provisions of the POSH Act, the role of the Internal Committee (IC), workplace responsibilities and professional conduct.<\/li>\n<li>The importance of maintaining appropriate boundaries, dignity, respect and ethical conduct in all professional interactions was highlighted.<\/li>\n<li>The session also covered digital safety and responsible communication, including exercising discretion and keeping privacy in mind while using messages and
