Nagar.The academic session 2025-26 began with the inauguration of the RVK Faculty Development Programme (FDP). A brief summary of the FDP, which is aligned with the current educational guidelines, was presented. An inspiring session on “Teacher Growth and Excellence” was held under the leadership of Pradhanacharya Smt. Prema Surender, who emphasised that FDPs are not just training sessions, but a transformational journey for teachers.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂ. 7: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್‌ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. 2025–26ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಆರ್‌ವಿಕೆ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ (ಎಫ್‌ಡಿಪಿ)
ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆಯಾಗುವ ಎಫ್‌ಡಿಪಿಯ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಸಾರಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮಾ ಸುರೇಂದರ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ “ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆ; ಕುರಿತು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ನಡೆಯಿತು, ಅವರು ಎಫ್‌ಡಿಪಿಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ತರಬೇತಿ ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
