Bengaluru, Aug 14: Varamahalakshmi festival was celebrated with devotion herein Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar. The principal and head of the school conducted the Aarti to Sarvalankara Bhushita Sri Varamahalakshmi Devi. The children dressed up as Mahalakshmi and explained the significance and background of the festival. The performance, which included singing and dancing by the group, captivated the audience. At the conclusion of the event, Arishina-Kumkuma was distributed.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 14: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ವರಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸರ್ವಾಲಂಕಾರ ಭೂಷಿತೆಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವರಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ದೇವಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಪೂಜಿಸಿ ಆರತಿ ಬೆಳಗಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ವೇಷ ಧರಿಸಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಸಮೂಹ ಗಾಯನ ಮತ್ತುನೃತ್ಯ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿಶಿನ ಕುಂಕುಮವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
