Bengaluru, Dec. 21-22: Teacher Orientation Programme-4 was organised herein Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar.The programme began with the inaugural address by Smt. Prema Surender, Principal. In her inspiring address, she stressed that teachers should become what they want their students to become as students reflect the values and attitudes of their teachers. She urged teachers to always keep the vision of Rashtrotthana in mind and be torchbearers who ignite the flame of sportsmanship and positive competition among themselves and their students. She encouraged educationists to embrace continuous learning, be leaders rather than bosses and adopt a “let’s go” attitude instead of “go and follow”.This was followed by a session on Panchamukhi Education.
Day 1:The teachers were divided into departments: Languages (English, Kannada, Hindi, Sanskrit), General Science, Social Science, Computer Science, Co-Scholarship and Gokulam. The departments of Language, General Science and Social Science discussed the implementation of Panchamukhi Education in classroom practices.The Computer Science department focused on AI and future skills.A session on wound management was conducted in the Co-Scholarship department.The Gokulam department discussed the topic “Every Child Learns”.
Day 2:The program began with a panel discussion by Smt. Kalyani Sriram with the following panel members:
Foundation Level – Smt. Meenakshi
Preparatory Level – Smt. Soumya
Middle School – Smt. Uma Maheshwari
High School – Sri Manjunath
Co-Scholar – Smt Nagalakshmi
The discussion focused on classroom experiences, expected student behavior and the difference between thinking and thinking. During the interaction, the audience asked the panel questions. It was concluded that although the levels and needs of learners differ, teachers should consistently use open-ended questions, actively engage students and encourage exploration. Although the level of concepts may vary, the way in which children connect concepts and use appropriate strategies is essential.After the panel discussion, teachers were divided into level-wise sessions to understand child behavior at the Foundation, Preparatory, Middle School and High School levels. The co-scholarship section conducted sessions on service-based learning,sportsmanship and leadership.At the valedictory function, the Pradhanacharya stressed upon the teachers to always smile, be enthusiastic and constantly upgrade themselves. She appreciated the unique design of the sessions which provided opportunities for teachers to present and learn from many resource persons within JGRVK. She stressed the importance of experiential learning aligned with NEP 2020, including physical activity-based learning, to effectively engage students and enhance their focus. The orientation programme concluded with a note reiterating that when teachers are raised with vision, values and joy, education becomes a transformative force that shapes confident, compassionate and responsible citizens of India.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ. 21-22: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ-4 ಅನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮಾ ಸುರೇಂದರ್, ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು, ಅವರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಭಾಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಏನಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಾರೆಯೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಜ್ವಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿಸುವ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಹೊತ್ತವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಬಾಸ್ಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿರಲು ಮತ್ತು “ಹೋಗಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ” ಬದಲಿಗೆ “ನಾವು ಹೋಗೋಣ” ಎಂಬ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣತಜ್ಞರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಇದರ ನಂತರ ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಕುರಿತು ಒಂದು ಅವಧಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ದಿನ 1: ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ವಿಭಾಗವಾರು ಭಾಷೆಗಳು (ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್, ಕನ್ನಡ, ಹಿಂದಿ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ), ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸಹ-ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಕುಲಂ ಎಂದು ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳು ತರಗತಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಭಾಗವು AI ಮತ್ತು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು.
ಸಹ-ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಒಂದು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ನಡೆಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
ಗೋಕುಲಂ ವಿಭಾಗವು “ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವೂ ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿತು.
ದಿನ 2: ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ್ ಅವರ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್ ಚರ್ಚೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು:

ಚರ್ಚೆಯು ತರಗತಿಯ ಅನುಭವಗಳು, ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಂತನ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಂತನ್ ನಡುವಿನ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಸಂವಾದದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು. ಮಟ್ಟಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಯುವವರ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಗಳು ಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮುಕ್ತ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬೇಕು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ವೇಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳ ಮಟ್ಟವು ಬದಲಾಗಬಹುದಾದರೂ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಕ್ತ ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ವಿಧಾನವು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.ಫಲಕ ಚರ್ಚೆಯ ನಂತರ, ಫೌಂಡೇಶನಲ್, ಪ್ರಿಪರೇಟರಿ, ಮಿಡಲ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹೈಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅವಧಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಮಟ್ಟವಾರು ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಸಹ-ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಸೇವಾ-ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತು.ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಗುತ್ತಾ, ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಇರಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವು ಅಪ್ಗ್ರೇಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. JGRVK ಯೊಳಗಿನ ಅನೇಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಯಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಗಮನವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ದೈಹಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ NEP 2020 ರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡ ಅನುಭವದ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ದೃಷ್ಟಿ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಳೆದಾಗ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಭಾರತದ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ, ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಪರಿವರ್ತಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸುವ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓರಿಯಂಟೇಶನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
