Bengaluru, Dec. 18: A live fire safety mock drill was conducted for students of classes 1 to 5 herein Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar with the aim of creating awareness about fire safety and emergency preparedness.Sri Gopal, who led the study, addressed the students and explained the importance of remaining calm and alert during a fire accident. He clearly demonstrated the safety precautions to be followed, such as walking in a single line, avoiding panic and not pushing or running. Students were advised to be aware of their surroundings and check their classmates while evacuating. They were advised to inform their class teachers immediately if any student was found missing.Special emphasis was laid on organised evacuation and staff responsibilities. The floor in-charges were given the duty of thoroughly checking the toilets and corridors to ensure that no child was left behind. The housekeeping staff actively assisted the students by guiding them and moving them to the designated safe meeting area.The mock drill was conducted in a methodical and systematic manner.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ. 18: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ 1 ರಿಂದ 5ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ತುರ್ತು ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನೇರ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಅಣಕು ಡ್ರಿಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಧ್ಯಯನದ ನೇತೃತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀ ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಅಪಘಾತದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿರುವುದರ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು, ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಒಂದೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವುದು, ಭಯಭೀತರಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ತಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಓಡದಿರುವುದು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸುವಾಗ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹಪಾಠಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ತಮ್ಮ ತರಗತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಗು ಹಿಂದುಳಿಯದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಶೌಚಾಲಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಹಡಿ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮನೆಗೆಲಸದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸಭೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಮಾಕ್ ಡ್ರಿಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
