Bengaluru, Dec. 5: A session on “Embracing Transition” was conducted for boys of classes 6 and 7 herein Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar. The session was conducted by Smt. Kavya Manoj, Counsellor, JGRVK.She guided the students on the various physical, emotional and developmental changes they go through during puberty. The discussion covered topics like hormonal changes, the role of testosterone and the transition from tween to adolescence (9–19 years). The students were educated on how to understand these changes positively and consider this stage as a milestone to be cherished.The session concluded with an interactive Q&A session where the students got their doubts cleared.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ. 5: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ 6 ಮತ್ತು 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಹುಡುಗರಿಗಾಗಿ “ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು” ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು JGRVKಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಕಾವ್ಯ ಮನೋಜ್ ಅವರು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.ಪ್ರೌಢಾವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವ ವಿವಿಧ ದೈಹಿಕ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರ್ಮೋನುಗಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು, ಟೆಸ್ಟೋಸ್ಟೆರಾನ್ ಪಾತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ವೀನ್ನಿಂದ ಹದಿಹರೆಯದವರೆಗೆ (9–19 ವರ್ಷಗಳು) ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮುಂತಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಸೇರಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಹಂತವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲು ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೋತ್ತರ ವಿಭಾಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.
