Eligibility Criteria

  • Pre-KG – From 3 to 4 years (As on 1st June)
  • LKG – From 4 to 5 years (As on 1st June)
  • UKG – From 5 to 6 years (As on 1st June)
  • Class 1– From 6 to 7 years (As on 1st June)

Admission Process

Parents seeking admission to Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrothana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar, for Pre-KG are requested to register & fill the ONLINE Application on Vijayadashami Day (Date as per the calendar).

Please note :

  • For Pre-KG registration the child should complete 3 years as on 1st June that year
  • For LKG registration the child should complete 4 years as on 1st June that year

Process for Registration:

  • Read the Guidelines and proceed to fill the Registration Form.
  • Upload Aadhaar Card (if available) and Birth Certificate.
  • Upload latest Passport Size Photo.
  • Submit the duly filled in form.

Documents required for filling online application:

  • Latest Passport Size Photo
  • Application Fee of Rs.1000/- to be paid through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

Documents to be submitted to the school:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card of the Child
  • Latest Photograph of the Child.
  • Latest Photograph of both the Parents.
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card of both the Parents.
  • Pan Card copy of the Parent.

Parents seeking Admissions from classes UKG to VIII can fill the enquiry form & submit. Based on the availability of seats, Parents will be intimated about the process.

Selection Procedure :

Pre-KG & LKG :

  • Interaction with the Child by the Teachers.
  • Interaction with the parents by the Coordinator/ Principal/ Management.

Standard 1 onwards :

  • Written test.
  • Children qualified in the written test will be called for an interaction along

With their parents :

  • Admission will solely depend on availability of seats and based on the Performance in the Interaction/ Written test and personal interview with both the parents and the child/ lottery system will be adopted for further processing.

  • Results of the selected children will be informed to the parents over the Phone & through Mail for Payment of Fee and other procedure will be briefed.

Fee Structure

  • Annual Fee – Rs 1,20,000/-
  • Application Fee – Rs 1000/-
