Bengaluru, May 18-20: Teacher Orientation Programme for the academic session 2026-27 was conducted herein Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar, The programme began with the inauguration by Smt. Manjula, Principal, RVK-Arkavati and State Academic Pramukh, RVK CBSE Schools, Karnataka. Smt. Manjula stressed on the importance of instilling a growth mindset in teachers and encouraged openness towards continuous learning.
Sessions on RVK Vision, Values and Worker Identity – Where are we today? and Panchamukhi Education: A holistic approach were held. In which the purpose of Indian education and the difference in Indianness in education were explained.
The three-day sessions included the following:

• Indianness in Education by Sri Lakshmi Narayan Sharma
Teacher’s Contribution in Building a Healthy Sustainable Society by Sri Maheshwariah
• AI in the Classroom – What is it, How to Use it and Where to Stop – by AI Expert Sri Girish Prabhu.
• It included live demonstrations and hands-on exploration of age-appropriate AI tools
• Decoding Today’s Learners — Are We Teaching the Way Students Learn Today? and Teaching for Resilience – by Dr. Aarti, Assistant Professor, Chanakya University. Helping our students face challenges with confidence
• Westernization is not modernization by Sri Prapulla of Chanakya University
• Creating a professional learning community – Collaboration for sustainable growth – by Sri Srinath Deshkulkarni
• A framework for holistic development: RVK programs and practices by Smt. Poongodhai
A panel discussion on the topic “What will future-ready RVK teachers look like in 2030?” was a notable highlight of the orientation. The discussion was attended by two groups of panellists representing different levels of school education.

• By Smt. Sumalatha, JGRVK Foundation Coordinator – She focused on topics like impact of artificial intelligence in various fields.
Panel Discussion 2:
• The panel discussion, moderated by JGRVK Pradhanacharya Smt. Prema Surender, focused on topics such as the impact of artificial intelligence in various fields, implementation of five-pronged education for intentional impact, and holistic development of students (Samagra Vikas). Interactive quick-round questions added depth and engagement to the discussion.
Each day concluded with reflection and concluding sessions. During this, teachers from foundation, middle and high school levels shared their key takeaways, learning experiences and implementation plans.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ. 18-20: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ 2026–27ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ-ಅರ್ಕಾವತಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖ್, ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್ಇ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಅವರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಗುರುತು – ಇಂದು ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ? ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ: ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಧಾನದ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳು ನಡೆದವು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿವೆ:
ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮರುಹೊಂದಿಸುವ ಅವಧಿ: ಡಾ. ಧ್ರುವ ಇತಾಲ್ ಅವರಿಂದ ಉಸಿರಾಡಿ, ಹಿಗ್ಗಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ.
ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಶರ್ಮಾ ಅವರಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯತೆ.
ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಂದ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ.
ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ AI – ಅದು ಏನು, ಅದನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಬಳಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು – AI ತಜ್ಞ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಿರೀಶ್ ಪ್ರಭು ಅವರಿಂದ.
ಇದು ನೇರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಯಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ AI ಪರಿಕರಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಪರಿಶೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.
ಇಂದಿನ ಕಲಿಯುವವರನ್ನು ಡಿಕೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು — ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಂದು ಕಲಿಯುವ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆಯೇ? ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿತಿಸ್ಥಾಪಕತ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬೋಧನೆ – ಚಾಣಕ್ಯ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕಿ ಡಾ. ಆರತಿ ಅವರಿಂದ. ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವುದು – ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಹಯೋಗ – ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್ ದೇಶಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಅವರಿಂದ.
ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಕಾಸದ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು: ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪೂಂಗೋಧೈ ಅವರಿಂದ ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳು.
“ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು 2030 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ?” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಫಲಕ ಚರ್ಚೆಯು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಂಶವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವ ಎರಡು ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ಪ್ಯಾನಲಿಸ್ಟ್ಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನವೂ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಿಮ ಅವಧಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನಲ್, ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಟೇಕ್ಅವೇಗಳು, ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಅನುಭವಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
