Bengaluru, July 2: Students of Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar participated in a career counselling session organised by Rashtrotthana Parishath in association with Allstate India CSR for the students of class X on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
A team of 11 professionals from Allstate India conducted the session.
• The team provided valuable guidance on choosing suitable streams and understanding the opportunities available in science, commerce, arts, defence and emerging interdisciplinary fields.
• Students learnt about major entrance exams like JEE, NEET, KCET, COMEDK, CUET, CLAT, NIFT, NDA, AFCAT, CA Foundation, CS, and CMA, along with other competitive exams.
• Information was shared on major colleges, universities, scholarships, professional courses and career prospects in various domains to help students understand the educational paths leading to their chosen careers.
• Special emphasis was placed on introspection by encouraging students to identify their strengths, develop essential life skills and make informed decisions based on their aptitude rather than external influences.
• The speakers highlighted the importance of curiosity, continuous learning, effective communication and adaptability in building a successful future.
• They stressed that skills, when combined with hard work, perseverance and the right attitude, are key to achieving one’s goals and building a successful career.
• An interactive question and answer session enabled students to clarify their queries related to stream selection, professional courses and career planning.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜು. 2: ಆಲ್ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಸಿಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತು ಜುಲೈ 2, 2026 ರ ಗುರುವಾರದಂದು ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿ ನಗರದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಆಲ್ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ 11 ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರ ತಂಡವು ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತು.
• ತಂಡವು ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ ಸ್ಟ್ರೀಮ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ, ಕಲೆ, ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಅಂತರಶಿಸ್ತೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿತು.
• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು JEE, NEET, KCET, COMEDK, CUET, CLAT, NIFT, NDA, AFCAT, CA ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್, CS, ಮತ್ತು CMA ನಂತಹ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು.
• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗುವ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು, ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನಗಳು, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಡೊಮೇನ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ವೃತ್ತಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು, ಅಗತ್ಯ ಜೀವನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಪ್ರಭಾವಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಅವರ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯುಳ್ಳ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಆತ್ಮಾವಲೋಕನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕುತೂಹಲ, ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಸಂವಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಭಾಷಣಕಾರರು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ, ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮನೋಭಾವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಿದಾಗ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳು ಒಬ್ಬರ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
• ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೋತ್ತರ ಅವಧಿಯು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ಟ್ರೀಮ್ ಆಯ್ಕೆ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು.
