Bengaluru, Sept. 25: Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar participated in the “Namami Bharatam – 150 Years of Vande Mataram” program organised by ‘Vidya Bharati’.
- The event was conducted as a mass rendition of India’s national song, ‘Vande Mataram’, with the aim of uniting people across the country in a single voice.
- Dr. H. M. Chandrashekhar, Chairman of the Silicon City Group of Institutions, Bengaluru, attended as the chief guest.
- Smt. Prema Surendar spoke about Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay—the composer of ‘Vande Mataram’—as well as the vision, meaning, significance, and historical background behind the song; she also highlighted the enduring spirit of patriotism and national unity that the song embodies.
- Dignitaries performed the flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by the singing of the national anthem.
- Guided by the principle of “One Time, One Rhythm, One Voice,” the much-awaited mass rendition of India’s national song, ‘Vande Mataram,’ commenced at 11:00 AM, featuring the participation of students, staff, members of ‘Matru Bharati,’ and alumni from ‘ROOTS.’
- Chief Guest Dr. H. M. Chandrashekhar spoke about the significance of Indian values and culture. He emphasized that the students were fortunate to be living in an era that fosters and honors the spirit of nationalism. He also commended the parents for choosing educational institutions that nurture such values and highlighted the message conveyed by ‘Vande Mataram.’
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಸೆ. 25: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿ ನಗರವು ‘ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಭಾರತಿ’ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ “ನಮಾಮಿ ಭಾರತಂ – ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂನ 150 ವರ್ಷಗಳು” ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿತು.
- ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಜನರನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಧ್ವನಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಭಾರತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆ ‘ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ’ನ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಗಾಯನದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸಿಲಿಕಾನ್ ಸಿಟಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಆಫ್ ಇನ್‌ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಷನ್ಸ್‌ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ಎಚ್. ಎಂ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಸುರೇಂದರ್ ಅವರು ‘ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ’ನ ರಚನೆಕಾರ ಬಂಕಿಮ್ ಚಂದ್ರ ಚಟ್ಟೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವ ಹಿಂದಿನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ, ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥ, ಮಹತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಭಾರತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆಯು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಐಕ್ಯತೆಯ ಚಿರಂತನ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಅವರು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
- ಗಣ್ಯರು ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಬಳಿಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
- “ಒಂದೇ ಸಮಯ, ಒಂದೇ ಲಯ, ಒಂದೇ ಧ್ವನಿ” ಎಂಬ ತತ್ವತತ್ತ್ವದಡಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ‘ಮಾತೃ ಭಾರತಿ’ಯ ಸದಸ್ಯೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ‘ರೂಟ್ಸ್’ (ROOTS) ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಭಾರತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆ ‘ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ’ನ ಬಹುನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಗಾಯನವು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.
- ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ಎಚ್. ಎಂ. ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಅವರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯತೆಯ ಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವಿಸುವ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಜೀವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಅವರ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದರು. ಅಂತಹ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ‘ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ’ನ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿದರು.
