Bengaluru, July 9: Teacher Orientation Programme-2 was conducted at Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar. In his inaugural address, Sri Maheshwariah stressed that the “kicchu” (spark) of ideals should be spread from one teacher to another, inspiring each teacher to live the values they impart and become baptists of character, excellence and nation building. The workshop included enriching sessions on topics like Sleep, Food and Exercise for a Brain Ready for Learning, Rashtrotthana Parishath Vision for Education, Decolonisation – Why and How, and Attention: Myths, Mechanics and How to Channelise It. Teachers participated in insightful panel discussions on the topic “Education through the Lens of Rashtrotthana” conducted separately for classes 1–5 and classes 6–10.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜು. 9: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ -2 ಅನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಆದರ್ಶಗಳ “ಕಿಚ್ಚು” (ಕಿಡಿ) ಒಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನವರೆಗೆ ಹರಡಬೇಕು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನಿಗೂ ಅವರು ನೀಡುವ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬದುಕಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾತ್ರ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾತಕರಾಗಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಮೆದುಳಿಗೆ ನಿದ್ರೆ, ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ, ವಸಾಹತುಶಾಹೀ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲನ – ಏಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೇಗೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಗಮನ: ಪುರಾಣಗಳು, ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಯಂತ್ರಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಚಾನೆಲ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಿಸುವ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. 1–5 ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 6–10 ತರಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ “ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನದ ಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಒಳನೋಟವುಳ್ಳ ಫಲಕ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.
