Bengaluru, Jun. 11: A fire safety mock drill was conducted for students of classes 7 to 10 to create awareness about fire safety and emergency preparedness at Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar.
• The drill began with the sounding of the fire siren.
• The students were then escorted to the school grounds by their respective in-charges and class teachers.
• Fire Safety Officer of Banaswadi Fire Station, Sri Pradeep and firefighter Sri Kiran Kumar H.N. led the session along with his team.
• The resource person explained the importance of remaining calm, alert and disciplined in emergencies.
• The students were guided on proper evacuation procedures including moving in a single file, avoiding panic and ensuring the safety of their classmates.
• They were also advised to report any missing student to their class teacher immediately.
• Special emphasis was placed on organised evacuation. Floor supervisors checked classrooms, corridors and restrooms to ensure that no student was left behind.
• While cleaning staff helped guide students to the designated assembly area.
• A live demonstration of a fire engine and the use of fire extinguishers further enhanced awareness among students and staff.
• The drill was conducted in a systematic and well-organised manner, providing valuable practical experience in emergency response.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂ. 11: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ತುರ್ತು ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಲು 7 ರಿಂದ 10 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಅಣಕು ಕವಾಯತು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಫೈರ್ ಸೈರನ್ ಮೊಳಗಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕವಾಯತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.
• ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತರಗತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಮೈದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದರು.
• ಬಾಣಸವಾಡಿ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಿರಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಎಚ್.ಎನ್. ಅವರ ತಂಡದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
• ತುರ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತವಾಗಿ, ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಸ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಉಳಿಯುವ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಒಂದೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲಿಸುವುದು, ಭಯವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹಪಾಠಿಗಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ತಮ್ಮ ತರಗತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸುವಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಉಳಿಯದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮಹಡಿ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಗಳು ತರಗತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು, ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರು.
• ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಭೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
• ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಯಂತ್ರದ ನೇರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತು.
• ತುರ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ, ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಸಂಘಟಿತ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕವಾಯತನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
