Bengaluru, Aug. 29: A POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness session was conducted for the staff of Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Ramamurthy Nagar.
- The session was led by Sri Pradeep Puttaraju, Assistant Manager, Training, Rashtrotthana Parishat (Head Office).
- The session focused on the key provisions of the POSH Act, the role of the Internal Committee (IC), workplace responsibilities and professional conduct.
- The importance of maintaining appropriate boundaries, dignity, respect and ethical conduct in all professional interactions was highlighted.
- The session also covered digital safety and responsible communication, including exercising discretion and keeping privacy in mind while using messages and chats.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆ. 29: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿ ನಗರದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ POSH (ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವಿಕೆ) ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ (ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಚೇರಿ) ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಪುಟ್ಟರಾಜು ಅವರು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
- POSH ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳು, ಆಂತರಿಕ ಸಮಿತಿಯ (ಐಸಿ) ಪಾತ್ರ, ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದವು.
- ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಸಂವಹನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಗಡಿಗಳು, ಘನತೆ, ಗೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ನೈತಿಕ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಸಂದೇಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವಾಗ ವಿವೇಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಸಂವಹನವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.
